Aspirants of lecturer posts complain of technical glitches in JKPSC website
Srinagar, Jan 07: The aspirants of lecturer posts in School Education Department (SED) on Tuesday complained of technical glitches in the J&K Public Service Commission (JKPSC) website citing issues faced while submission of application forms.
A group of aspirants told Greater Kashmir that they are facing technical issues while making payment against their application forms.
"Our payment is not accepted while our balance gets deducted. Despite money getting debited from the account, the payment does not get reflected on the dashboard," an aspirant said.
The aspirants said they are uncertain about the status of their application forms as there has been no response from the JKPSC officials regarding the issue.
"We physically approached the JKPSC office and even communicated our grievance to the concerned officials over the phone as well. But the issue still persists. We are not able to submit our forms," the aspirant said.
Controller examination in JKPSC Sachin Jamwal told Greater Kashmir that the aspirants submitting the form on phone were facing such issues.
"The aspirants were already advised not to submit the form on phone. But the issue has been resolved now. I have. talked to the concerned section and was informed that the issue was resolved," Controller examination in JKPSC told Greater Kashmir.
