Aryans Group of Colleges to organise blood donation, eye checkup camp on Jan 28

Srinagar, Jan 17: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh, will organise a Blood Donation Camp on January 28 at the Aryans Campus with the support of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.

As per a press release, Dr Vipin Koushal, Medical Superintendent (MS), PGIMER Chandigarh, will attend the programme as the Special Guest along with PGIMER Team.

Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group stated that the initiative aims to promote voluntary blood donation and raise awareness about the importance of blood availability for emergency and critical medical needs. He added that a Free Eye Check-Up Camp will also be organised on the same day with the support of Baba Balwant Singh Dudhadhari Charitable Hospital & Laboratory, Rajpura. He further informed that free lenses will be provided to needy patients on medical recommendations. All blood donors will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from PGIMER Chandigarh in recognition of their valuable contribution. Aryans Group of Colleges continues to undertake various healthcare and social welfare initiatives, reinforcing its commitment towards community health and social responsibility.
