Aryans Group bags best placement award at 10th Education Leaders Conclave in Chandigarh
Srinagar, June 18: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, located near Chandigarh, has been honoured with the award for Remarkable Contributions in Placements in Higher Education at the 10th Education Leaders Conclave & Awards (ELCA), organised by Observe Now in Chandigarh.
A statement said that the award was received by Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman of Aryans Group. The conclave, themed “Higher Education 4.0: The AI Revolution,” brought together more than 150 prominent education leaders, institutional heads, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss the evolving landscape of higher education in the age of artificial intelligence.
Dr. Kataria, while accepting the award, applauded the organisers for a well-curated conclave and acknowledged the importance of the platform in discussing real-time challenges and innovations in education. He reaffirmed Aryans Group’s commitment to student placements, highlighting that the group has already organised 55 job fests on its campus, significantly contributing to student career support in national and international companies.
The event opened with a ceremonial lamp lighting and inaugural address by Ms. Taniya Tikoo, Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of Observe Now. Prof. (Dr.) Keshav Sharma, Vice Chancellor of ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, delivered the keynote address, focusing on the role of artificial intelligence in transforming the educational ecosystem.
Various panel discussions throughout the day brought together thought leaders and educationists. The first panel, moderated by Manish Prateek, Pro-Vice Chancellor at DBS Global University, examined Human–AI collaboration in education. It featured renowned academics and administrators including Dr. Picheswar Gadde of Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Dr. Sunil Rai of UPES Dehradun, Gurinder Singh Bahra of Rayat Bahra Group, and others.
Another panel explored the changing landscape of student housing and its impact on institutional branding and student satisfaction. This discussion, led by Sohom Dutta from Zolo Scholar, included insights from top leaders such as Dr. Parvinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skills University, and Dr. Shankar Ramamoorthy, Vice Chancellor of Jigyasa University.
The concluding panel delved into “Future-Proofing Higher Education” and was moderated by Dr. Gaurav Kumar of Plaksha University. Eminent participants included Tarun Gupta of Shoolini University, Subarno from OP Jindal Global University, and Kapil Chugh from Jio, who discussed long-term strategies for resilience and innovation in higher education.
The conclave also witnessed active engagement from tech and education leaders such as Zoom, Coursera, Dassault Systèmes, upGrad, and Zolo Scholar. Their involvement added depth to conversations around digital infrastructure, student engagement, and the future of learning.
