New Delhi, Dec 5: The Indian Army on Friday showcased a series of in-house, soldier-driven technologies at its annual innovation event, Inno-Yoddha 2025, held at the Manekshaw Centre in the presence of Vice Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Pushpendra Pal Singh.

A record 89 entries were received this year, of which 32 innovations were selected for further development to boost operational, logistics and training capabilities.

Over the past five years, the Army has selected 117 innovations, productised 47, filed 30 IPRs and transferred technology for five systems, including two handed over today.

Lt Gen Pushpendra pal Singh praised the initiatives, noting that frontline soldiers are best placed to design practical solutions for battlefield challenges.

The event highlights the Army’s push toward modernisation and self-reliance under Atmanirbhar Bharat.
