Army foils infiltration bid on LoC in Rajouri

Rajouri, Jun 14: A suspected infiltration bid of terrorists has been foiled by Army troops along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Rajouri sector of the Pir Panjal region with locals hearing gunfire from the area that was followed by searches, which are still going on.

The incident has been reported from the Baratgala area of the LoC in the Keri area of the Rajouri sector.

Official sources said that a suspicious movement was picked by alert Army troops along the LoC forward location on Saturday morning.

The suspicious movement is suspected to be an infiltration attempt by terrorists who might have been trying to sneak in from the LoC.
