Jammu, Feb 22: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi, while lauding the troops for steadfast resolve, operational excellence and seamless coordination in ongoing operations, on Sunday reiterated commitment to ensure lasting peace in J&K ìwith zero tolerance for terrorism in all its forms.î
