Arms and ammunition recovered during search operation in north Kashmir’s Kupwara

Srinagar, February 15: Indian army on Saturday recovered arms and ammunition during search operation in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said.

“Acting on specific intelligence inputs, a joint search operation was launched by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police in Bandi Mohalla, Channipura Pain, Kupwara”, said an army spokesman, in a post on X.

“During the search, security forces recovered two pistols, four pistol magazines, and ammunition. The operation is still ongoing”, he added.
