Apni Party has clear vision of development for J&K: Altaf Bukhari

Srinagar, Sep 02: Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Tuesday said that his party has a clear vision of development for Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a press release, he was campaigning in Uri. Bukhari visited various localities and urged the electorate for their votes and support in the assembly polls. Speaking to people on various occasions during his day-long visit to Uri, he assured them that the Apni Party has a clear vision for the development of J&K including this bordering constituency and the well-being of its people.

He said, “I want to assure you that I will never disappoint you. If you give me your mandate to serve you, I will implement a series of developmental initiatives to bring modern and high-quality infrastructure to this area. Moreover, I have a clear vision for fostering prosperity and well-being to the Uri people through a variety of economic initiatives.”

Bukhari added that he is committed to providing the residents of Uri with a higher quality of life and greater opportunities, as he strongly believes that people of this area are equal partners in achieving sustainable development and empowerment across Jammu and Kashmir.

He said, “Unfortunately, the traditional political parties, who have ruled Jammu and Kashmir for decades, have left this region underdeveloped and deprived its people of even basic facilities. Uri's infrastructural deficits and lack of development clearly indicate that the politicians who have held power over the past 75 years have deceived the people and completely neglected this region.”

Apni Party president also had a range of meetings with the party leaders and local cadre in Uri. He urged the leaders and senior workers to boost their activities for the polls.

He said, “It is your responsibility to make people well aware of Apni Party’s agenda and policies. Everyone should be knowing that Apni Party is the only party with a clear and transparent agenda for the progress and development of Uri, which has been consistently overlooked by successive regimes in terms of infrastructural development.”
