Apni Party dedicated to serve people, protect their rights: Altaf Bukhari

Srinagar, July 9: Apni Party President, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, today said that his party is dedicated to serve the people and protect their rights.

He said that Apni Party has a clear vision and a strong commitment to ensuring prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir. Bukhari emphasised that the party is unwaveringly dedicated to serving the people and safeguarding their rights.

According to a press release, he made these remarks during a meeting with a delegation from Yaripora in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Led by Engineer Aaqib Shafi, the delegation met Bukhari at the party headquarters in Srinagar.

The delegation members briefed the party president on some pressing public issues and internal party affairs. They expressed concerns over inadequate developmental infrastructure, as well as insufficient water and electricity supply in their locality. They highlighted that these issues have been causing hardship to residents, while as the concerned authorities seem to be paying no heed to these public grievances.

Apni Party President gave a patient hearing to the visiting delegation and assured them that he would bring these public issues to the notice of the concerned officials for their quick redressal.

The delegation members also discussed party matters with the president and shared their views and suggestions to further strengthen the party cadre in their areas. These suggestions included intensifying public outreach and enhancing the membership drive to further improve the organisational setup.

Speaking on the occasion, Bukhari said that “Apni Party is dedicated to serving the people and protecting their rights in Jammu and Kashmir. We have both the potential and the will to ensure prosperity and development in the region, and we are committed to realising our vision and mission. Regarding the party’s organisational setup, we are working to strengthen it further and improve the quality of work at the grassroots level.”
