Sunderbani, Mar 23: NGO Anmol Cultural Club Sunderbani on Sunday remembered Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev.

President of Anmol Cultural Club Sunderbani, Zorawar Singh said Bhagat Singh was an Indian anti-colonial revolutionary who participated in the mistaken murder of a junior British Police officer in December 1928 in what was to be retaliation for the death of an Indian nationalist.

Singh said that after his execution at the age of 23, he had become a folk hero in India.

“We never forget the brave freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev,” he said. “They are in our hearts.”
