Am sole guarantee for Bandipora's development: Usman Majid

Srinagar, Sep 09: Former Minister and ex MLA for Bandipora, Usman Majid, on Monday reaffirmed his commitment to Bandipora's development and prosperity.

Majid in a statement said "I am the sole guarantee for Bandipora's advancement, and under my leadership, Bandipora will reach new heights of development."

He said that before 2002, Bandipora was a town struggling with backwardness and neglect, yearning for development and a better future. “It was me who brought about the transformation that Bandipora so desperately needed after his first election victory. During my tenure as MLA and subsequently as the Planning Minister, Bandipora has witnessed unprecedented infrastructure development and economic growth.

Roads, schools, healthcare facilities, and other vital infrastructure projects have not only been initiated but also completed, laying a strong foundation for a brighter future. The economic landscape has been revitalized, with new opportunities emerging for the people, transforming Bandipora into a beacon of progress in our region,” he said.

Majid convened a series of workers' meetings in Nussoo, Lankreshripora area of Bandipora, to strengthen the base in the Bandipora constituency.
