Altaf Bukhari pays condolence visits in Srinagar
Srinagar, Jan 15: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday visited the Kathi Darwaza residence of the bereaved family of Raja Jehangir Khan, who passed away on Monday night.
According to a press release, Raja Jehangir was a prominent social figure and a highly respected member of the legal fraternity in Kashmir.
Bukhari also visited the Bhagwan Pora residence of his party colleague Syed Muzamil Rizvi to offer condolences on the passing of his beloved father, Syed Raza Rizvi, who passed away a few days ago.
Bukhari, along with several of his party colleagues, visited both bereaved families and expressed his heartfelt condolences.
“Mr Bukhari met the members of the both families and expressed his solidarity with them,” the press release said. On this occasion he prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and for strength and patience for the families to endure their profound losses.
“During these condolence visits Apni Party President was accompanied by the party’s Chief Spokesperson Muntazir Mohiuddin, senior leader Tanveer Pathan, and others,” the press release added.
