Altaf Bukhari pays condolence visit to Nazki’s residence
Srinagar, Feb 8: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, accompanied by several esteemed party leaders, visited the residence of the Nazki family in Shivpora, Srinagar, to extend condolences following the passing of renowned poet, broadcaster, and media personality Farooq Nazki.
Nazki breathed his last on Tuesday at a hospital in Katra after suffering a massive heart attack.
According to a y press release, the Apni Party delegation paid a condolence visit to the bereaved family of Farooq Nazki and extended heartfelt condolences for their irreparable loss. Bukhari and his accompanying party colleagues met with family members and expressed sympathy over the demise of Farooq Nazki Sahib.
Speaking on the occasion Bukhari said, “We stand in solidarity with the grieving family of Farooq Nazki Sahib in this hour of grief. May Almighty Allah give them enough strength to bear the pain of this irreparable loss, and may Allah rest the departed soul in eternal peace.”
The party leaders who accompanied Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari included Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Vice President Usman Majid, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Chairman DDC Srinagar and Provincial Secretary Malik Aftab, District Youth President Srinagar Mohsin Zaffar Shah, Senior Vice President of Srinagar and Incharge of Constituency Habba-Kadal, Jeelani Hamid Kumar, District Joint Secretary Srinagar Peer Wajahat, Publicity Secretary Srinagar Adil Bhat, and youth leader Aamir Rashid Wani.
