Srinagar, Nov 30: ALOHA J&K successfully conducted the General Ability Test (GAT) Mains Examination on Sunday, witnessing the participation of more than 4,000 students from across Jammu & Kashmir. The overwhelming turnout reaffirmed the growing reputation of GAT as one of the region’s most prestigious and impactful transformational assessments, said a press release.

GAT, the flagship annual initiative of ALOHA J&K, aims to nurture analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and competitive preparedness among young learners. Students from Class 4th to 10th actively took part in this year’s examination process, demonstrating exceptional enthusiasm, discipline, and academic dedication, it said.

“Modeled on the framework of the Civil Services Examination, GAT follows a comprehensive three-stage structure—Prelims, Mains, and a Personality Test. The recently concluded Mains examination marked the second and most significant stage of the competition, featuring only those students who qualified the Preliminary round,” said the press release.

Reflecting on the successful conduct of the exam, an ALOHA J&K representative stated that GAT continues to be a transformative platform for young minds. By engaging students in high-level assessments early in their academic journey, ALOHA aims to instill confidence, clarity, and a long-term vision for excellence, it added.
