Allergy specialist from Kashmir invited to share expertise at scientific symposium in Denmark
Srinagar, Nov 13: In a glorious moment for Jammu and Kashmir's Health Services, Dr Taha Ashraf Qureshi, a distinguished Allergy Specialist at JLNM Hospital, was invited to share his expertise at the prestigious International Scientific Symposium on Allergies in Denmark.
Dr Qureshi joined an elite group of 11 top Indian allergists at Copenhagen's esteemed ALK (Allergy Lab of Copenhagen), a 101-year-old institution. His presentation on Sub-Lingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) against House Dust Mites, the “Allergy Vaccine,” left a lasting impact.
With multiple publications under his belt, Dr Qureshi's participation marked a rare honor for a Kashmiri medic on a global platform.
