Airtel celebrates Customer Day in J&K

Srinagar, Mar 12: As part of its annual “Customer Day” celebrations, Airtel Jammu and Kashmir’s 1,290+ strong workforce spent the entire day on Wednesday in the field, gathering direct feedback from customers, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Every year on this date, all Airtel employees step out of their offices and engage directly with customers across the country, reinforcing the company’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction, a statement said.
