AIPC hosts ‘Dogri Dham with RG’

Jammu, Sep 25: All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC) Wednesday hosted a ‘Dogri Dham with RG’ event in Jammu with the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.

328 business owners and professionals from various sectors across the state of Jammu and Kashmir participated in an open interaction to discuss the economic climate of Jammu and Kashmir.

One-third of them were business owners and half of them were private sector professionals.

“The response was so overwhelming that participation had to be restricted due to capacity constraints. There was a candid interactive Question and Answer session where the audience shared specific issues and concerns plaguing businesses in Jammu and Kashmir with Rahul Gandhi,” the organisers stated.

Rahul, while answering queries, promised to ensure that the “to-be-formed Congress alliance government in Jammu and Kashmir would give utmost importance to economic development and job creation in the state through specific policy proposals such as export incentives, improved access to capital for MSMEs and reduced tax harassment.”
