AIP seeks return of Kashmiri students from Bangladesh

Srinagar, Dec 23: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi on Tuesday voiced grave concern over the safety of Kashmiri students, studying in Bangladesh and demanded their immediate return without any further delay in view of the prevailing uncertainty and unrest there.

Inam Un Nabi said that thousands of students from Kashmir are enrolled in institutions in Bangladesh purely to pursue higher education, especially in the medical field.

He said the worsening situation, reports of instability, restrictions on movement and a growing sense of fear among students have caused deep anxiety among families back home.
