AIIMS Jammu felicitates Greater Kashmir

Jammu, Aug 1: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jammu Friday felicitated Greater Kashmir along with few other media organisations of J&K for “persistent constructive support and responsible coverage.”

The felicitation event marked completion of one year of AIIMS Jammu’s functional journey.

Greater Kashmir’s photo journalist Mir Imran received memento of appreciation for the organization from the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), AIIMS Jammu, Prof (Dr) Shakti Kumar Gupta in an interaction cum felicitation ceremony at AIIMS Jammu (Vijaypur) campus on Friday.

Felicitation acknowledged “commitment to truth in public service journalism.”

Besides Greater Kashmir, prominent organisations among those felicitated included UNI (national news agency), Amar Ujala, State Times, Dainik Jagran, Punjab Kesari and JK Media (news channel).
