Admin Secretaries' roster for Civil Secretariat Srinagar in November issued
Jammu, Oct 29: J&K Government Wednesday issued the roster of Administrative Secretaries at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar for the month of November, 2025, after the annual move of offices to Jammu.
Following the resumption of full Darbar Move from this year, 39 offices, including the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and all other departments of the Civil Secretariat will move to Jammu ‘in full’ while 47 departments will move ‘in camp’.
The offices observing five days a week will close at Srinagar on October 31, 2025 (Friday) after office hours and the offices observing six days a week will close on November 1, 2025 (Saturday) after office hours.
All the offices will reopen at Jammu on November 3, 2025 (Monday).
Two senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, as per schedule, will remain available for five-days every week at the Civil Secretariat in the summer capital during the month of November.
As per an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD) Commissioner Secretary M Raju, from November 3 to 7, 2025, Anil Kumar Singh, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works(R&B) Department and Mohammad Aijaz, Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj will remain available at Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
Shantmanu, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department and Naveen S L, Secretary, Civil Aviation Department will be available from November 10 to 14, 2025.
As per roster, from November 17 to 21, 2025, Shailendra Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Agriculture Production Department and Dr Piyush Singla, Secretary, Information Technology Department while from November 24 to 28, 2025, Dr Ashish Chandra Verma, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department and Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department will remain available at Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
