Adhere to new field protocols or face action: Baramulla Jal Shakti to employees

Baramulla, July 24: Following recent order of internal adjustment of around 700 field staff of Jal.Shakti department Baramulla, the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department, Baramulla, Er. Ajaz Ahmad on Thursday issued a circular directing all the employees to mantian strict adherence to new operational guidelines.

As per the circular, the field staff must submit daily geotagged selfies from their assigned sites as proof of presence.

The officials must remain within their headquarters, failing which HRA benefits will be withdrawn.

As per circular, those found unauthorisedly absent or performing poorly will attract stern action, which include labeled as 'dead wood.'

The Field staff have also been directed to respond politely to public queries and report any irregularities in water distribution.

"Any public unrest in an area will be treated as the responsibility of the concerned staff," redas the circular.

Further, DRWs and NBCLs must cooperate with newly posted staff or face immediate disengagement.
