Absconder nabbed in Thanamandi

Rajouri, Nov 25: Police in Thanamandi area of Rajouri nabbed an absconder who was wanted in a case.

He has been identified Gulzar Hussain son of Wazir Hussain resident of Shahdhara Sharief, Tehsil Thanamandi.

A team of police led by SHO Thanamandi Hilal Azhar arrested the accused absconder in Jammu on the basis of an intelligence input.

The accused was evading his arrest since long in case FIR No.22/2017 U/S 420, 382, 323, 504 IPC of police station Thanamandi and a general warrant U/s 299 Cr PC was issued against him by the court, police said in its official statement.
