Absconder arrested after 27 years from Bhaderwah

Ramban, Mar 20: Doda police arrested an absconder after a gap of 27 years from Bhaderwah on Wednesday.

Police sources said continuing its drive against the wanted criminals and absconders, Doda Police today arrested an  absconder Satish Kumar @ Ramlal son of Bir Singh Thaker  resident village Joura tehsil Kahra. Doda at present village Chinta Nasska.

They said Satish was involved in case FIR No 112 of 1996 under section 279 /304-A RPC. The said absconder was evading arrest for the past 27 years.

They said on the directions of SSP Doda Javeed Iqbal a special Police of Police Station was constituted  and the team after hectic efforts arrested the absconder. He will be produced in a court.
