Abrogation of Article 370 huge blunder: Azad

Srinagar, Aug 05: Chairman Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad today said that abrogation of Article 370 was unconstitutional and a huge blunder.

He posted on X, “The day Article 370 was revoked, I said in Parliament that it’s unconstitutional, goes against the wishes of the people, and is a huge blunder. I still stand by my words—nothing has changed.”

On August 5, 2019 when Article 370 was revoked Azad was in Congress and was leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha. Later, he resigned from Congress and formed his own party, DPAP.
