9 judicial officers transferred

Srinagar, Dec 6: The High Court of J&K and ladakh on Wednesday ordered transfer and postings of nine judicial officers.

According to an order issued by Registrar General, Shahzad Azeem, the nine judicial officers were transferred In the interest of administration.

Sandeep Kour, 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Shabir Ahmad Malik, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, vice Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi.

Yash Pal Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Jammu against an available vacancy.

Pawan Kumar Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla shall hold the additional charge of the Court of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla.

Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, is transferred and posted as 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar vice Sandeep Kour.

Spalzes Angmo, Member Secretary, Ladakh Legal services Authority shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh.

Rajni Sharma, Special Mobile Magistrate (T), Jammu is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Parvin Pandoh, Joint Registrar Judicial (Protocol), High Court Wing Jammu is transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate (T), Jammu vice Rajni Sharma.

Fozia Paul, City Judge, Srinagar and Sajad ur Rehman, Sub Judge, Uri shall swap their respective place of postings.
