5 JKAS officers transferred, posted

Jammu, June 14: The government Friday ordered the transfers and postings of five Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers with immediate effect.

As per an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Owais Mushtaq, Deputy Secretary, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Kashmir, against an available vacancy, with immediate effect.

Through a separate GAD order, Muhammad Ashraf Sheikh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.

Zaffar Shawl, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama.

As per a separate GAD order, Tariq Ahmad, presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Under Secretary, Finance Department.

Vishal Kumar, presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Under Secretary, Finance Department.
