5 IAS officers transferred, posted

Jammu, Jan 30: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Thursday, in a minor rejig in the civil administration, ordered the transfers and postings of five Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect.

As per an order issued by General Administration Department, Commissioner Secretary, M Raju, on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor, Jatin Kishore, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat holding additional charge of the post of Director Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal.

Shishir Gupta, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian vice Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, JKAS who will report to the General Administration Department for further posting.

Nitish Rajora, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (North) has been transferred and posted as Director, Information, J&K.

Rakesh Kumar, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hiranagar has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.

Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Akhnoor, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Uri, Baramulla vice Javid Ahmad Rather, JKAS, who will report to the General Administration Department for further posting.

Jatin Kishore and Shishir Gupta are IAS officers of AGMUT cadre of 2020 batch; Nitish Rajora and Rakesh Kumar are IAS officers of AGMUT cadre of 2021 batch while Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak is an IAS officer of AGMUT cadre of 2022 batch.
