4 doctors deployed at CM’s residence, MLAs’ hostels

Jammu, Oct 17: J&K Government has ordered the deployment of four doctors at the residence of the Chief Minister and the MLA Hostels in Jammu and Srinagar.

“In order to ensure adequate medical support for the Chief Minister and the Members of the Legislative Assembly, it is hereby ordered that these doctors are deployed at the residence of the Chief Minister, J&K as well as at the MLA hostels at Jammu and Srinagar with immediate effect,” read an order issued by Secretary, J&K Health and Medical Education Department, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah.

As per order, Dr Maninder Singh, presently Medical Officer at PHC Kanachak, has been posted at the Chief Minister’s Residence, Jammu while Dr Hilal Ahmad Rather, presently Medical Officer, SDH Kralpora, has been posted at the Chief Minister’s Residence, Srinagar.

Dr Aaqib Manzoor, presently Medical Officer on deputation to ESI Dispensary Digiana, Jammu, has been posted at the MLA Hostel in Jammu, while Dr Asif Ali Baldev, presently Medical Officer at District Hospital Ramban, has been posted at the MLA Hostel in Srinagar.

“All these doctors shall be deemed to have been relieved from their respective place of postings forthwith,” the order read.
