4-day workshop on investigation of UAPA, NDPS cases begins in Ganderbal

Srinagar, Feb 12: Police in Ganderbal organised a four days workshop on investigation of UAPA and NDPS cases at the Conference Hall of DPO Ganderbal for Investigating Officers (IOs) in order to adopt the latest techniques and standard practices to expedite the investigation of UAPA and NDPS cases.

The workshop was chaired by SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta accompanied by DySP Hqrs Ganderbal Gh Hassan alongwith senior Police officers of the district.

During the workshop, officers impressed upon the participating officers that progress for adopting the latest technologies and standard practices to expedite UAPA and NDPS cases on merits by means of collecting electronic evidence, seizure, attachment and forfeiture of property.
