3-member panel to frame procedural guidelines

Jammu, Oct 10: J&K government has constituted a three-member panel to prepare draft procedural guidelines to the J&K Industrial Land Allotment Policy, 2021-30 (amended version).

Committee will comprise Managing Director, J&K, SIDCO/SICOP; Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu and Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir.

J&K Industrial Land Allotment Policy, 2021-30 (amended version) was issued vide government order No 112-JK(IND) of 2024 dated August 6, 2024.

The committee has been asked to submit the draft policy after taking into account every aspect for its smooth implementation in future by pre-empting any anticipated impediment to the Administrative Department within 10 days from the issuance of order.
