Srinagar, Sep 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has deputed three police officers to the Union Territory of Ladakh for a period of two years.

As per Government Order, accessed by news agency Kashmir News Corner --- KNC, the officers include Dy.SP (SDPO Kangan) Faraz Hussain Shah, Dy.SP (17th Bn IR) Adil Mushtaq Sheikh, and Inspector (Security Wing J&K) Vijay Singh Choudhary.

The order states that the officers will serve on deputation until recalled, with their lien and promotion prospects continuing in J&K’s Home Department. They have been directed to report to the Ladakh Home Department immediately.
