2 minors receive burn injuries

Rajouri, Feb 28: Two minor girls sustained burn injuries in hands and have been hospitalised after crackers went off in their hands.

The incident happened in Doongi Brahmana village of Rajouri. Injured girls have been identified as Tasveer Kouser (10) daughter of Mohammad Razaq resident of Doongi Brahmana and Saima Kouser (15) daughter of Late. Mohammad Mushtaq rwaident of Doongi Brahmna. As per police, duo were returning from their school when they inadvertently fiddled with some crackers lying on way that bursted. Both the minor girls received injuries in their hands after which they were taken to Civil Hospital of the area from where doctors referred them to associated hospital of GMC Rajouri. The girls are presently under treatment in the hospital and are out of danger.
