2 JKAS officers posted as OSDs with cabinet ministers

Jammu, Oct 17: The government Thursday ordered the transfers of two Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers and posted them as Officers on Special Duty (OSDs) with the cabinet ministers.

These two officers are Des Raj Bhagat and Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad.

“In the interest of administration, Des Raj Bhagat, Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, with immediate effect,” read an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD). Through a separate GAD order, Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad, Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty with Sakina Itoo, Minister, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, with immediate effect.
