The event will provide an engaging platform for scholars and researchers to explore Indian culture and English literature, highlighting the influence of Indian ethos on English writings.

Prof. S.P. Bansal, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, will be the Chief Guest, and Guntha Laxmanji, a distinguished figure from IKS and ABRSM, will serve as the Guest of Honour. The inaugural session will be presided over by Prof. A. Ravinder Nath, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Kashmir, who is the Patron of the conference.

About 90 scholarly paper presentations from participants representing 18 states across India will offer diverse perspectives on the theme. The event will also include four plenary talks by leading experts in the field. The conference will be conducted in a hybrid mode (both online and offline), making it accessible to a wide audience of scholars and enthusiasts.

The event is being organised under the leadership of Prof Sandhya Tiwari, Chairperson of the Conference, Head of the Department of English, and Dean of the School of Languages at the Central University of Kashmir.
