2-day cluster-level sports tournament concludes at new model high school Marchola

Sunderbani, Jan 29: A two-day cluster-level sports meet, organised by My Bharat Rajouri under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with the J&K Social and Cultural Council, concluded at New Model High School Marchola, featuring competitions in volleyball, kabaddi, badminton, wrestling, tug-of-war, and shot-put.

As per a statement issued on Thursday, the inauguration of the sports tournament was made by Captain Bal Krishan, ex-Sarpanch of Hathal-B.

Many youth clubs and mahila mandals of block Sunderbani, Siot & Seri participated in the sports tournament.

The prominent personalities of the adjoining area were present on the occasion, with Vinod Sharma ZPEO, Lower Hathal being the chief guest who distributed the  momentous and certificates to the participants. Pushkar Raj PEM, Surinder Kumar PET, Suresh Kumar, and Jagmohan Sharma cooperated to make a programme successful.

Refreshments were also distributed to the participants and school students. Meanwhile, President of J&K Social and Cultural Council Sunderbani Amarjeet Sharma and Kamal Kumar, MD of New Model High School, Marchola, thanked the participants and My Bharat Rajouri for the programme.
