11th edition of Zeashta Sandesh magazine released
Srinagar, May 18: A large number of devotees participated in the prayers at Zeashta Devi Temple
According to the Zeashta Devi Prabandak Committee, the Mahayagya was preceded by the release of the 11th edition of the Sansthan’s magazine Zeashta Sandesh on May 17. Inauguration of the newly constructed "Hawa Langerla and Langer facilities was done by Nari Shakti present on the occasion, followed by the hoisting of the religious flag at Zeathyar Parisar.
Manoj Pandita, Secretary J&K Assembly, who was Chief Guest on the occasion, appreciated the work of the Zeashta Devi Prabandak Committee in bringing the shrine to the global map.
Manoj Sheeri, SSP Police Headquarters, also shared his valuable thoughts and lauded the committee’s efforts. The event was also graced by Col. Vivek Jalla, Col. Subash Raina, Ashok Koul (Retd. Executive Engineer), and social activist Rakesh Koul.
- L. Pandita, Editor of Zeashta Sandesh, spoke about the importance of the magazine and the background of Zeashta Devi Temple. The proceedings were conducted by him as Publicity Secretary, Organising Secretary ZDPC.
Ramesh Khuda, General Secretary, briefed the audience about the decisions and development works taken up by the newly formed "Team Zeashta" under the guidance of President Ravinder Kumar Jogi. He thanked the donors for their contributions and assured that the team would continue its efforts to uphold the sanctity of the shrine.
In his address, Ravinder Kumar Jogi, President ZDPC, thanked the visiting guests and reaffirmed the committee’s commitment to taking the Zeashta Mata Shrine to greater heights globally with transparency.
The Zeashta Devi Prabandak Committee said it had made elaborate arrangements for free boarding and lodging for the yatris visiting Srinagar on this auspicious occasion.
