1 killed, 4 others injured after vehicle carrying students meets accident in J-K's Rajouri

Rajouri, Sep 07:  A student was killed while four others were injured after the vehicle they were in met an accident on Rajouri-Kotranka road near the Palma area, reports said Saturday.

Quoting an official, news agency NVI reported that a student was killed while four others were injured after a car bearing registration no JK11E 8411 veered off the road.

The official said the car was boarded by students on their way to school.

He added that the injured were later shifted to GMC Rajouri, while their identities are yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, police have taken up the investigation into the cause of the accident.
