1 held with hand grenades in Surankote

Rajouri, Oct 18: Security forces on Friday arrested a local man along with two hand grenades in Surankote area of Poonch district.

Investigation has been set into motion after this recovery. Raids are going on at multiple places to establish forward as well as backward linkages of the arrested individual.

The accused has been identified as Abdul Aziz son of Abdul Rehman resident of Hari village of Surankote in Poonch district.

Officials said that a joint team of security forces laid a naka over some information and intercepted the identified individual at Dundak Naka in Police Station Surankote jurisdiction.
