1 dead, 3 injured in Baramulla accident

Baramulla, Mar 25: A man died while three others were injured after three vehicles collided at Chandsuma, Baramulla on Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Abdul Hameed Ganaie of Sangri Colony, Baramulla.

The incident happened when a car and a sand-laden tipper moving in opposite directions collided and another vehicle also collided with one of the vehicles involved in the accident.

The injured were immediately shifted to Government Medical College, Baramulla, where one of the injured man succumbed.

Three others injured in the mishap are stated to be stable.

Meanwhile, Police in Baramulla took cognisance of the incident and filed an FIR at Police Station Baramulla in connection with the accident.
